Price

The prices of the items are indicated in euros (tax included) and they do not contain the treatment, packing and expedition charges.

In case of the orders carried out in the country out of European Union, it is possible that the customer has to pay the customs or other taxes. These taxes or customs will be charged to the customer.

Payment methods

a) For the customer living in France

b) For the customer living outside of France

• By PayPal (We will send you an email concerning the details of the transaction with the remaining charges.)

Note: We do not accept any cash for security reasons.

Delivery

The items are sent by the post office as early as reception of the payment (in 1 working day excluding weekends and holidays).

The items paid by bank check or bank transfer are put aside, considering the time to reach us the settlement by check or the sending of the justification of bank transfer. After the cashing of the check or the verification of transfer your order is dispatched.

Note: Concerning the items listed as "on orders" in the column of availability, it takes at least a couple of weeks (that depends on items) to send them from Japan and then to send them to you in Colissimo or Lettre Suivie. Thank you for your understanding.

1) The delivery method and the delivery time

All of the articles are sent by the post office, in Colissimo or Lettre Suivie for reasons of tracking and to avoid the losses. The delivery time depends on the destination.

• France : between 1 and 3 days
• Country in European Union : between 5 and 7 days
• Other country : between 7 and 14 days

2) The delivery fees

The delivery fees are calculated according to the number of items, their weight and their volume.

They contain the treatment, packing and expedition charges.

In case of purchase of several items, the excess of delivery fees will be reimbursed via PayPal (see alos Q2 on Frequently asked questions for details). The amount of refund will be determinated after the calculation of the conclusive delivery costs.

They are free for all of the orders filling the following conditions :

• The amount minimal by orders is of 75 € (tax included)
• The shipping address must be situated in France

Retraction

The customer is able to return or exchange the item within 14 following days after the reception. The transportation fees are charged to the customer except if retraction is carried out for our reasons.

Besides, the customer has the right of refund if he (she) is not satisfied with the item.

i) Conditions of refund and procedures of return :

• The shipping costs for return are charged to the customer.
• The items will have to be returned complete in the original package with all of the documents and attachments, in a packing identical to that of the expedition.
• We do not accept the items returned incomplete, damaged or stained.

ii) Conditions of exchange and procedures of reexpedition :

• The shipping costs (send, return and reexpedition) are charged to the customer.
• The items will have to be returned complete in the original package with all of the documents and attachments, in a packing identical to that of the expedition.
• We do not accept the items returned incomplete, damaged or stained.
• We will resend you the items you want after receiving the articles you returned and the transportation fees necessary for the reexpedition.

The customer can use the model of withdrawal form shown below to exercise his right of withdrawal.

Complaint

All of the complaints must be declared in writing to Style du Japon, 76 rue du Ranelagh 75016 Paris FRANCE within 30 days of the arrival of the items.

Responsibility

We will not be able to be held responsible for any damage or any loss that comes from the usage or the malfunction of the Internet, of major force notably in cases: war, explosion, fire, flood, storm, disruption, strike.

Applicable right and litigations

The present conditions of sale are subjected to the French law.

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code concerning the amicable settlement of disputes, the customer may make free use of the mediation service offered by Style du Japon.
